MITSUBISHI Motors Malaysia (MMM), together with authoriSed dealer Auto Raya Timur celebrated a new Mitsubishi Motors 3S Centre (sales, service and spare parts) opening in Temerloh, Pahang recently.
The 3S Centre is located at Lot 9301 & 9297, Batu Tiga, Jalan Mentakab, Temerloh.
Auto Raya Timur is a new showroom in Temerloh incorporating Mitsubishi Motors’ new corporate brand; represented by its global tagline “Drive Your Ambition”.
“The corporate mark is a powerful statement of Mitsubishi Motors commitment to the values and aspirations of its drivers,” says MMM.
MMM CEO Tomoyuki Shinnishi congratulates Auto Raya Timur for successfully launching its first showroom in Temerloh.
“As Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia progressively work towards introducing the new Mitsubishi Xpander here in Malaysia, this new showroom in Temerloh represents our commitment to put customers as a priority, including providing them with a comfortable sales and after-sales experience when they visit our showrooms.”
Auto Raya dealer principal Basharuddin Abdullah said: “Our group has been in the automotive business for over 50 years, mainly on trucks and heavy commercial vehicles. Mitsubishi cars have now become one of the most preferred and most searched cars and as such we see a tremendous growth potential for the Mitsubishi brand in Malaysia.”
With a built up area of over 11,000 square feet, the 3S centre houses a comfortable customer lounge with WiFi and sufficient space to display up to three vehicles.
Its service centre also comes with a fully-equipped workshop with six service bays ready to serve every Mitsubishi vehicle.
MMM is now represented by 52 showrooms (out of which 46 are 3S centres) and 52 service outlets throughout Malaysia.
In East Malaysia, MMM is represented by 14 showrooms (seven in Sarawak and seven in Sabah).
New parts warehouse to meet after sales demands
MMM has also recently occupied a new parts warehouse in Seksyen 22 in Shah Alam, as part of an expansion plan to meet with increasing after sales demands.
With a storage capacity of up to 40,000 square feet, the expansion will see an improvement in warehouse operations including consolidating all holdings under one roof.
The move – from the old location in Bukit Jelutong, also in Shah Alam – will speed up delivery of parts required by all MMM authorised business partners including 52 dealers nationwide.
The relocation of the warehouse is in line with the continuous growth of Mitsubishi Motors business in Malaysia, said Shinnishi.
“The new parts warehouse is located at a strategic location with less road congestion and easy access to Federal and Kesas highway. With this accessibility, we will be able to accelerate our parts delivery to MMM’s business partners as we constantly seek to improve customer’s after-sales experience by reducing cost and increasing our work efficiency.”
