Peugeot Malaysia is updating customer info

BERJAYA Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd (BAASB) is running a customer information update exercise as part of its efforts to streamline its system to improve the customer ownership experience in the future.

The group would like to inform all Peugeot owners to update their information on our official Peugeot website, www.peugeot.com.my, which started commencing on Jan 1.

“Through this exercise, information such as service reminders, warranty periods, service campaigns, news and additional support would be streamlined and made more accessible for Peugeot owners,” says the company.

Owners are required to provide proof of their vehicle registration card, service and warranty booklets, by logging onto the website and completing the information updates.

All information collected would be protected in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) law of Malaysia.

“These are just one of the initial efforts by BAASB to improve the ownership experience. Lastly, the group would like to thank all customers for their unwavering support and value their patience, confidence, and faith in the brand.”
