PETALING JAYA: A total of 436 donors including Royal Military Air Force (TUDM) Personnel came forward to take part in the “Be a Hero” blood donation campaign.
The campaign was oganized by Cosway (M) sdn Bhd and ADCAS Lifescience Sdn Bhd and was held at the Tentera Udara Malaysia Subang Jaya airbase.
Cosway’s chief executive officer Dr Alice Lee who is also the founder of ADCAS Lifescience Sdn Bhd said, a wellness clinic for advanced personalised health said that this is their second year of the blood donation campaign.
“We were very glad that TUDM agreed to do the blood donation with Cosway. We are also very happy to see many officers coming forward to join in the celebration of the campaign” she said in a statement today.
The campaign was filled with activities such as coloring, performances by the TUDM drumline and Team Cosway contestants of the Berjaya Teen Star Challenge.
Over 80 lucky draw prizes were given away with the grand prize which is a SYM E-Bonus (Euro 3 series) motorbike which was sponsored by Singer.
The grand prize was won by Siti Hajar Saidon
Also present during the event Pegawai Laksamana Pangkalan Udara Subang Col. Mohd Azwan Mohd Tohari.
