Acryl Sani appointed acting Deputy Inspector-General of Police

KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Mazlan Mansor retired today from the police force after 41 years of service.

In a handover-of duties ceremony witnessed by Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador earlier at the Police Officers’ College in Cheras, Internal Security and Public Order director Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani (pix) took over from Mazlan as acting Deputy Inspector-General of Police.

Mazlan who was appointed DIGP in May last year thanked the government for the appointment and the leadership of the police force for its support throughout his tenure.
