KUCHING: An army lieutenant has been arrested by the police for allegedly committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature on a 25-year-old man.
Padawan district police chief Supt Aidil Bolhassan said the 31 year-old suspect was arrested in the compound of the Kota Sentosa police station yesterday.
According to the victim, he was lying down in the living room of a house in Batu Kawa last Dec 1 when the suspect approached and sodomised him, said Aidil in a statement here today.
He said the suspect has a previous record and police were investigating the case under Section 377A of the Penal Code. — Bernama
