KUANTAN: A former manager of a construction company pleaded not guilty in the sessions court here today to criminal breach of trust involving RM31,550 belonging to the company, last year.
Lee Li Fung, 52, of Seri Kuantan here, made the plea before judge Siti Aminah Ghazali.
The woman, who is a single mother, was alleged to have committed the offence, involving 10 cheques belonging to the company at Jalan Beserah here, for her own personal use.
She was alleged to have committed the offence between July and October 2018.
Siti Aminah set bail at RM14,000 in one surety and fixed Oct 3 for mention.
Deputy public prosecutor Syarifah Nursyuhada Tuan Mamat prosecuted, while Lee was unrepresented. - Bernama
