PETALING JAYA: Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Sports Toto) will continue to suspend operations until April 14 due to the recently announced extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) to combat the Covid-19 outbreak.
Sports Toto said their head office, sales offices and sales outlets will be closed nationwide during this period and there will be no Toto draws on March 18, 21, 22, today, 28, 29 and April 1, 4, 5, 8, 11, and 12.
“Advance draw tickets for the affected draws are rendered null and void. Customers who have purchased advanced draw tickets for the affected draws may proceed to our sales outlets to get a refund after the end of the MCO,“ the company said in a statement.
The company also said that no refund will be issued after June 15 this year.
“No prize claims will be processed during this period. Please come back for prize claiming after the end of the MCO,“ said the company.
