BRASILIA, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Brazil's federal health regulator Anvisa is analyzing a plan to authorize COVID-19 vaccines for emergency use in specific cases, allowing the vaccines to be administered without formal approval, according to a source with knowledge of the plan.
The news was first reported by the O Globo newspaper.
