French Prime Minister Castex arrives on scene of Paris stabbing

PARIS, Sept 25 (Reuters) - French Prime Minister Jean Castex arrived on Friday afternoon on the scene of the stabbing that took place earlier in the day near the former office of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, images on BFM television showed.
