Germany not seeing industrial collapse as in first pandemic wave - minister

BERLIN, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Europe's biggest economy needs to preserve the basis of its success through the coronavirus crisis, German Economy Minister Peter Altmaier said on Thursday, adding there was not the same kind of industrial collapse as seen in the first wave.
