Trump approves Oregon disaster declaration over wildfires -White House

WASHINGTON, Sept 15 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday approved a disaster declaration for Oregon, the latest and most concentrated hot spot in an outbreak of fires across the western United States, the White House said.
The action makes federal funding available to affected individuals across several Oregon counties, for grants, temporary housing home repairs, and low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses, the White House said in a statement.
