KUALA LUMPUR: World number two player, Nour El Sherbini claimed the 2016 NAZA PSA Women's World Squash Championships title after stunning world number one, Laura Massaro in the final, here today.
The Egyptian beat the Englishwoman in a five-set thriller (6-11, 4-11, 11-3, 11-5,11-8) at Nicol David Arena, National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil, here.
Sherbini took home a cheque for US$27,455 (RM107,445) and a Citroen DS4 car. — Bernama
