LUXURY beauty brand Sulwhasoo recently unveiled its first stand-alone store in Malaysia, located at the ground floor of Sunway Pyramid shopping mall.
Besides offering a full range of products, the stand-alone store allows patrons to try all of Sulwhasoo’s skincare, make-up, and exclusive items such as the Harmonizen Regenerating Cream EX and Essentrue Silky Body Serum.
The store concept is an interpretation of the brand’s philosophy of harmony and balance, delivering an experience for all five senses. “We aim to provide a different shopping experience through luxury services, such as gift-wrapping, customised CRM (customer relationship management) programme, skin consultation with complimentary ginseng tea or green tea, and luxury facial services,” said Lau Shin Yee, brand general manager of Sulwhasoo Malaysia.
Its interior marries traditional and modern aesthetics, with each zone featuring its own theme and purpose. The visual is complemented by soothing and melodic traditional Korean instruments, as well as Sulwhasoo’s signature “first peace” scent to enhance the shopping and facial experience.
Come March, patrons will be able to experience Sulwhasoo’s facial treatments in the beauty lounge, which consists of three cabins and a powder area for touch-ups.
