RHB introduces mobile banking app for its RHB REFLEX customers

RHB Bank Berhad (RHB) has "upped" its integrated internet banking platform called RHB REFLEX by making it accessible via a mobile banking app.
The new and versatile app will benefit RHB's existing 80,000 business clients as it can offer them greater accessibility to their financial resources and more versatility in managing their cash flow.
Unique features of the RHB REFLEX mobile banking app include the capability for users to authorise a variety of transactions from their mobile phones. These include bulk payment, single payment, payroll management and bill payments, among others. Users can also access, keep close watch and view all accounts and transactions performed by the user's respective companies and subsidiaries, anywhere, anytime.
According to RHB Banking Group head of group business and transaction banking Jeffrey Ng Eow Oo, this new mobile application, which is in line with RHB's digital transformation initiative, is another significant milestone for the bank in providing its customers with simple, fast and seamless experiences.
Ng also shared that the bank has seen an increase of 25%, year-on-year, of new RHB REFLEX clients, and this comes with high demand for the bank to deliver a secured and user-friendly cash management system.
RHB Business Current Account holders and RHB REFLEX clients from the bank's Malaysia and Singapore markets can download the REFLEX mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for free, without any new registration.
