PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 4,956 new Covid-19 infections in the last 24 hours.
The number is a slight increase after several days of a downtrend, showing 667 cases more than yesterday.
In a tweet, Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said with the new cases, the total number of cases in the country is now 2,667,999.
