No visitors for Muhammad Adib for the next three days: IJN (Updated)

KUALA LUMPUR: The National Heart Institute (IJN) has advised the public to restrict visits for injured fireman Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim for the next two to three days.

In a statement, IJN said this is to ensure that Muhammad Adib undergoes his regimental physiotherapy sessions uninterrupted.

It was also to reduce his risk of cross-borne infections by visitors.

“Although Muhammad Adib has made progressive recovery, he is still considered critical since two of his organs (lungs and kidney) still require support systems (VV-ECMO and Dialysis).

“IJN would like to request for visitation restriction for the patient, it said.

Earlier today, former premier Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor had visited Muhammad Adib at IJN.
