GEORGE TOWN: A 57-year old carrier of the highly infectious Covid-19 virus has drawn criticism from netizens as his act of breaching a home quarantine order has seen the green zone status in the northern region wiped out.
The nasi kandar restaurant owner, who is currently warded under isolation, is the index case which has seen 43 persons becoming infected.
