KUALA LUMPUR: Nationwide Air Pollutant Index (API) readings at 8pm tonight showed unhealthy air quality in Johan Setia, Selangor (at 150) and Seri Manjung, Perak (at 105).
A total of 60 areas recorded moderate readings, while six areas which recorded good air quality comprised Kapit, Sekolah Kebangsaan Kuala Baram 2 (Miri) and Limbang in Sarawak; Kimanis and Tawau in Sabah, and Labuan.
The API categories comprise: 0-50 (healthy), 51-100 (moderate), 101-200 (unhealthy), 201-300 (very unhealthy) and 301 and above (hazardous).
