AT the dawn of the new year, it’s not uncommon to hear about people wanting to lose weight as their 2020 resolution. But of course, the drive to diet and exercise consistently takes a high level of commitment.
But for one British university student, he managed to do just that by ... playing Pokemon Go.
You guys remember that phone app, right? Where you walk around with your phones out with in hopes of locating for that one rare pokemon?
Well, for Tommy, he used to put on his trainers and walk up to 20km, for three hours a day! And before he knew it, he actually lost 63.5kg in one year.
In the meantime, I will be using an app to lose weight as well — as I plan to walk to my Tinder dates.
