ESTABLISHED in 2017, Signature Loft offers a unique 1,500 sq ft event space located in Cheras Trader Square.
With a well-equipped kitchen and private dining area, the Signature Loft allows clients the opportunity to ‘cook, gather, and dine with full comfort and privacy’.
Passionate home cooks who long to showcase their skills but who lack the kitchen space, equipment and dining area to share their creations with family and friends may rent the space for a special lunch or dinner session.
The space can also be used for private baking classes, be it cake-, pastry-, or bread-making classes.
Signature Loft founder Jason Wong said: “We provide good quality kitchen equipment and basic ingredients, so you just need to bring your main ingredients.”
As for the kitchen equipment, there are two main steam and conventional ovens which Wong himself personally hand-picked.
He added: “Both the ovens are famous for their functionality and are made in Germany. We also have one smaller steam oven which is made by a famous brand in Japan.
“We also provide professional-grade blenders and mixers which are from a well-known brand in the US, two high horsepower cooking hoods, and also a spacious refrigerator.”
There is a main kitchen island which is spacious enough for cooking ingredients and cooking preparation.
For those on a limited budget, Signature Loft also offers cooking stations for rent.
These stations comprise smaller kitchen islands measuring 4-feet x 3-feet. There are four mini stations available for rent, and each can accomodate four people.
Each mini station comes with induction cooker, and baking tools for those with a love for baking.
In Signature Loft, there is also a lounge area for guests to relax while they enjoy their food. It is equipped with two 50in 4K LED TV sets, which are Wi-Fi connected, allowing them to listen to music or view videos on Youtube.
