JKG Land recently unveiled an exclusive preview of rain3rain, The ERA’s nature inspired destination for retail and F&B outlets.

rain3rain was conceptualised to offer the ultimate experience of strolling through a boulevard of raintrees in a cool environment.
The environment allows patrons to walk at leisure under a canopy of trees, while the alfresco dining in rain3rain will entice the young and old to savour local delights offered by a unique selection of food trucks and kiosks.
Built in four phases and boasting a total area of 277,000sf and near 39,000sf of landscaped boulevard, rain3rain is designed to seamlessly connect all three-storeys for the convenience of patrons.
Its lower ground floor consists of green groceries, bakeries, pharmacies and cafes. Amidst the greeneries of rain3rain’s ground floor, patrons are able to rest and grab a bite in the many cafes and restaurants.
