VILLAMAS Metacity Group’s directors and personnel participated in the Special Olympics Selangor bowling tournament with intellectually disabled athletes at IOI City Mall Putrajaya on Aug 23.
Cheques were additionally presented to Persatuan Kelab Kiwanis Uptown, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rasa Sayang Selangor and to Special Olympics Selangor.
The tournament kicked off with welcome speeches by Villamas Metacity Group CEO Gan Teck Seong, and Special Olympics Selangor president Patricia Wong.
Also present was Women, Family and Community Development Deputy Minister Hannah Yeoh, who thanked Villamas Metacity for playing an important role in supporting worthy causes that help disadvantaged members of the community.
Trophies were given to the top three teams, with the other teams received medals for participation.
