Festivities galore at Berjaya Times Square Hotel

Just in time for the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations, Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur introduces a brand new dining experience in Blossom Dynasty Kitchen on Jan 13. The commanding array of absolutely delectable Chinese dishes is prepared by the finest Chinese cuisine chefs and culinary experts.

Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur general manager Hugo Gerritsen stated: “The restaurant will have an intricately sophisticated design, with a refined oriental look, complete with contemporary Chinese New Year stylings and furnishings.

Located on the 14th floor, the restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily from Jan 13 to Feb 8. Perfect for reunion dinners, Blossom Dynasty Kitchen boasts three specialised Chinese New Year menus catered for 6 pax.

The Lucky Star Menu features elegant dishes such as Alaska king crab stick and caviar yee sang, roasted sesame chicken with prawn crackers, and steamed red snapper with salted vegetables and chan pi. The Lucky Star Menu costs RM788 nett for a half-portion serving, and RM1,388 nett per table (10 persons).

The Plentiful Wealth Menu features ravishing dishes such as the salmon and sweet pear yee sang, wok fried white prawn with Marmite sauce, and steamed sea grouper fish Hu Nan style. The Plentiful Wealth Menu costs RM988 nett for a half-portion serving, and RM1,588 nett per table.

The third Chinese New Year Menu is the Smooth Sailing Menu, which features refined dishes such as braised birdnest soup with crab claw and crab roe, stewed whole boneless duck with dry oyster and mushroom (with kai choy), and steamed red grouper with fried garlic soy sauce. The Smooth Sailing Menu costs RM1,188 nett for a half-portion serving, and RM1,788 nett per table.

Additionally, for every table of 10 persons, one bottle of red wine, white wine, or sparkling juice will be provided as a complimentary arrangement for any of the three Chinese New Year Menus.

Guests are also eligible for a special 50% discount for yee sang and Hi-Tea on their next purchase when they make their reservation and have dined at the Blossom Dynasty Kitchen, which includes both walk-ins and prior reservations.
