A grandfather in Putrajaya has gone viral for his unique initiative of giving out green packets.
“One kg equals to RM25,” shared the granddaughter, adding that everyone would receive their green packets but those who lost weight would get an additional bonus.
After the grandfather’s evaluation, the winner was a woman who shed 12kg and received an additional reward of RM300, calculated by multiplying RM25 by 12.
The video has since garnered over 2.3 million views and has amused the hearts of many netizens.
“Because of this video, my husband has challenged me to a weight loss for Raya next year. One kilo would amount to RM50,” shared a TikTok user.
