The 34-year-old man who works at a car wash outlet committed the offences at a house in Wangsa Maju here, at 10am on May 12.

The charges are under Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act 2001 which carries a maximum RM50,000 fine or up to 20 years imprisonment, or both, upon conviction.
